I am from Rice toner Contains rice harvested in Yeoju, Korea. The Rice extract and rice bran extract make skin soft. Rice has been known well known as natural ingredients for its vitalizing and glowing effect in Korea tradition. This toner balance oil and moisture level on the skin. Double layer of water and emulsion forms protective layer for perfect balance of oil and moisture.

Direction:
